Adrienne Scordato, CEO & Founder 

Adrienne Scordato is a PR and corporate communications practitioner with over 30 years of experience across categories including:  health, fitness, non-profit and multiple facets of corporate professional services such as advertising, media, marketing, digital, ad tech, management consulting, advertising, coaching and executive search. 

 

She has led communications for mid-sized to multibillion dollar publicly traded companies.  Some of these roles included working for MediaVest/Publicis (global media services/technology organization), Momentum (international experiential agency), T3 (US digital marketing firm) and Aegis Media (a global media and marketing services holding 

company).  At all of these companies, Adrienne was responsible for PR and communications initiatives, both internally and externally.   Adrienne has also led communications and marketing for global executive search firms Cog Hill and Gundersen Partners.  She has a proven track record of securing media coverage across major business and consumer media along with industry trade publications.


Adrienne is a lymphoma survivor and is active in the non-profit community.  She took two years off from the corporate world to work for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, where she successfully negotiated media sponsorships and enhanced media dollars by over 160%.  The exposure resulted in a 40% increase in revenue.  Adrienne also managed the advertising campaign via a pro bono partnership with award winning ad agency strawberryfrog, creating the Affiliate's first TV PSA. 

Adrienne began her career at Bozell Worldwide, moving quickly up the ranks from associate to director of public relations, leading the communications efforts in the U.S., for its global network of offices.  At the age of 27, she was the youngest representative in the company’s history overseeing pr efforts, nationally.

As an avid philanthropist, in addition to her years leading communications for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Adrienne has also served on the Board and multiple Executive Committees of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and participated in the creation of a television special on ABC called Frosted Pink.  Frosted Pink was designed to drive education and early detection awareness with the pairing of famous figure skaters such as Nancy Kerrigan and musical artists including Joss Stone and Rascal Flatts, among others. 

Additionally, Adrienne has managed the PR for InForm Fitness, a slow strength training method and studio with facilities across the country.  Adrienne secured coverage for InForm in Newsweek, Marie Claire, New York Post, NY Times and others, resulting in a successful book deal for founder Adam Zickerman entitled Power of 10.  

Ranked in the top 5% of the Fast Company Influencer Project, Adrienne is one of the most well-connected women in public relations.  She has a B.A. in Journalism from Rutgers University.

Alette Winfield, Account Director

A passionate writer and lover of creative advertising, Alette has over 15 years of experience across both B2B and B2C public relations, advertising, event and project management and journalism. She previously worked across high-profile brand accounts and special events for boutique New York firm Alison Mazzola Communications. 

 

In Australia, she was Publicist for Sydney agency Kabuku PR, where she managed numerous accounts and talent for clients across the lifestyle, arts and entertainment sectors including IMAX Sydney, Moonlight Cinema and Flying Bark Productions. She also assisted with the publicity management for renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli’s 2014 tour. 

 

Alette got her start in the industry working on the most prestigious creative advertising awards show across Australasia (Australia, New Zealand and Asia), the AWARD Awards, where she was Project and Creative Events Manager in both a full-time and freelance capacity for five years. Alette holds a Bachelor of Communication in Journalism from the University of Technology Sydney.
